Black Isle Brewing Co is Scotland’s only organic brewery; pioneering craft beer since 1998 from their beautiful, wild - and sometimes wet - Highland home. Organic is at the heart of everything they do - believing in making great tasting beer using only natural ingredients, grown without the use of harmful chemicals. They care about seriously good beer, the environment and the future of our planet.

Black Isle Brewery is a fantastic, passionate brewers based just north of here past Inverness.
If you’re up that direction for a day trip, they do a great brewery tour taking in their organic garden which in turn supplies their pizza bar in town.
Lots of clever thinking and delicious beer and they have fuelled plenty of Tipi Sessions in the woods.
We have a few of their newest beers available at the moment and we will bring in any seasonal batches they do too.
Blonde - Black Isle Blonde is brewed with German Hallertau and New Zealand Pacific Gem hops for a grassy, Germanic aroma. This continental style beer carries a hint of honey sweetness and floral ester notes, which balance with a dry, crisp, refreshing palate and biscuity finish.
Spider Monkey - This juicy tropical IPA has notes of Pawpaw and Pineapple.
Halo - Got work? Got sports? Got to drive and get the kids? Got to wake up feeling ready for the world? Grab a halo. Ironically, contains no lightheadedness.
Helles - German-style hoppy lager. Gluten-free too!
Rhode Runner - A simple two malt bill with Nelson Sauvin and Simcoe hops in the kettle and dry hop, this is a Vermont yeast driven beer. Not a typical soft mouthfeel New England Pale, this has bite and bitterness in balance with the yeast.
Hibernator Oatmeal Stout - A premium smooth, roast coffee and chocolate oatmeal stout with light hoppiness. This organic stout uses six different malts make up the malt bill with oats giving mouthfeel, with a few hops chucked in for the hell of it. This beer is all about the malts and a big rich beer.
Red Kite - A master of adaptation, Red Kite has evolved over twenty years to become the US inspired Amber is it today. Made with Palisade, Simcoe and Cascade hops, on a base of lager malt with a smidge of Crystal and Munich malt for a fresh but rich malty character.
