We have brought together a selection of our most favourite cheeses produced by some of Scotlands finest and most ethical dairies.
Isle of Mull Cheddar - This is a hard cows milk cheese, cheddar like, with punchy flavours. All of their cheese is made with unpasteurised milk from their hardy, healthy, island cows fed on grass and whisky grains from the Tobermory Distillery.
Connage Dairy Cromal - Cromal is a light crumbly pastueurised cheese with a moist open texture with a delightfully fresh lemony flavour with a lingering creamy finish, which can vary subtly according to the seasons. Connage is our closest organic cheese producer and has an incredible cheese shop if you're over by the coast.
Connage Gouda - An organic pasteurised waxed cheese which is sweet and mild.
Strathdon Blue - a rich, creamy blue cheese made from pasteurized cow's milk by the Stones family of Highland Fine Cheese Company Limited at Blarliath Farm, in Tain
Dunlop Dairy Ailsa Craig - It is a white, soft, fresh goats cheese shaped like a rock (hence the name) with a creamy texture and delicate irresistible flavour.
Belhaven Smokehouse - Lammermuir smoked cheddar, soft and creamy texture with a perfectly balanced smoke flavour
Belhaven Smokehouse - Smoked Goats cheese - This is a mild and creamy hard goat’s cheese, infused with a very light smokiness. It has a subtle goat’s milk flavour and a beautiful white colour.
We have some wonderful Dell Larder house chutneys, crackers and olives to accompany your cheeseboard within the Grocery section.
